How do I register as a manufacturer/retailer?

To register as a manufacturer or retailer on Happycrop, follow these steps:

1. Visit our website at www.Happycrop.in
2. Click on the "Sign Up" or "Register" button.
3. Select your user type (manufacturer or retailer).
4. Fill out the registration form with your basic information, business information, bank details, GSTN, and License details.
5. Verify your the details and submit the registration form.
6. Happycrop will verify and activate your account within 48 hrs.
7. After activation start login with your credentials and grow your business.

How can I list my products on the platform?

Listing your products on Happycrop is easy:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to your dashboard.
3. Click on the "Product" button on menu or header.
4. Click on the "Add Product" on the product page.
5. Fill in all the requisite product details, including title, description, price, and images.
6. Click "Submit" to list your product.
7. Happycrop will verify the product details and activate the product on platform.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment methods to make transactions convenient for you. These methods may include RTGS, NEFT bank transfers . The specific payment options available may vary depending on your location.

How can I track my orders?

Tracking your orders is simple:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to your dashboard.
3. Click on the "Orders" tab. Go to order table.
4. You will see a list of your orders with their current status.
5. Click on an order to "View Details" for detailed information about order management.
